Like many Hong Kong families who have moved to the UK, we wanted to build something meaningful in a new place while staying connected to where we come from. For us, food has always been that connection — familiar, comforting, and meant to be shared.

The name Trio reflects the three founders behind the restaurant, while our Chinese name 鑫淼, formed from three Chinese characters, symbolises prosperity, continuity, and togetherness.

At Trio Kitchen, we serve honest Hong Kong–style dishes prepared with care, aiming to create a space that feels welcoming, familiar, and quietly comforting — whether you're dining in or taking food home.

Trio 代表我哋三個，而餐廳中文名 「鑫淼」，就係向何金水致敬，香港人應該一聽就明。我哋嘅菜式都係香港人熟悉嘅做法同口味，以小炒為主，希望你喺度會有少少「返到嚟」嘅感覺。
